Return Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Customers by logging-in as Mountain Services ('MS' ) e-Shop members to complete any transaction shall mean that they fully understand and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions as here-mentioned.
2. All products information provided herein is for reference only in good faith to the best of MS's knowledge. MS shall not be liable under any circumstance in any form to any misrepresentation in products information if found. 
3. All products shown will be sold online and offline at the same time. MS will serve customers' need with best effort but cannot guarantee immediate full availability of any product items so ordered at any time. Refund will be made within reasonable time if payment is received but stock is not available for delivery. 
4. Products of some brands may be available for distribution only in Hong Kong and Macau (if applicable) and MS will not deliver such products outside these two areas. Customers are advised to arrange pickup by local forwarders. 
5. Customers may return the products to MS within 7 days after receiving the same at their own delivery cost if defect is found relating to the quality of the products before uses. MS only accept returned products in original packing with tags without flaw or dirt for product replacement at the request of the customers. Such service however does not apply to the Special Priced products sold.
6. In case of any dispute,, MS's decision shall be final.
